Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site, such as our website application, a free checkup request, or a contact form, we may collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your business name, business type, and city
• Your mobile phone number and email address
• Your current website address, if you have one
• Your answers to questions on our forms, such as whether you have a website and your business goals
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages from us
• Anything else you choose to share with us by phone, email, text, or chat

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel. See Section 5 for details and your choices.

We use the information we collect to:

• Review your application and contact you about it
• Schedule calls, build your website preview, and provide the services you request
• Respond to your questions and send you information you asked for
• Send service-related messages, such as preview links, reminders, and account updates
• Send you marketing messages about our services, if you have agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time)
• Measure how well our website and ads work, and improve them
• Protect the Site and our business from fraud, spam, and misuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages from Ready to Grow at the mobile number you provided. These may include messages about your application, appointment scheduling and reminders, your website preview, account and service updates, and, if you agreed, information about our services.

• Consent is not required to buy. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send the messages (such as our messaging platform), who may use it only for that purpose.

We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. We use trusted companies to run our business, such as our customer relationship management and website platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email and text messaging providers, scheduling tools, payment processors, and hosting providers. They may access your information only to perform services for us.
• Advertising and analytics partners. We use tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and website. These partners may receive information about your activity on the Site, as described in Section 5. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with them for their own marketing.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ready to Grow, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
• With your permission. We may share information when you ask us to or agree to it.

Cookies and pixels. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Pixels are small pieces of code on a web page. We use them to keep the Site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure whether our ads lead to visits and applications.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It lets Meta collect information about your activity on the Site, such as pages you visit and whether you submit a form. Meta may use this information to measure our ads and to show ads to you and people like you on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's use of this information is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Your choices:

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.
• You can control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta account's ad preferences.
• You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at the Digital Advertising Alliance.
• You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop text messages by replying STOP.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, keep business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by contacting us at hello@readytogrow.biz or (985) 412-4769. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Please check back periodically.
