Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the terms that apply when you apply for, receive, or use a website or Smart Site from READY TO GROW, LLC ("Ready to Grow," "RTG," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not apply or use our services.

1. The offer

The standard website setup fee (a $499 value) is waived for up to 50 approved Louisiana businesses each month. Once a month's spots are filled, new applications may be placed on a waitlist for the next month. Ready to Grow reviews every application and may decline businesses outside our service area or scope. The waiver of the setup fee does not create a guarantee that any application will be approved.

2. You see it before you pay

We build your website first. You receive a private preview link to review for 7 days. After you approve, you may request changes before your site goes live on your own domain. You only pay once you have reviewed the finished site and approved it to go live. If the site is not right for you, you owe nothing and may walk away.

3. What we build

We build a professional website using layouts and designs we select as a good fit for your type of business. This is not a custom-designed website. After you approve your site, you may request reasonable changes to text, photos, and minor colors before it goes live on your domain. During the preview we will correct factual errors, such as a wrong phone number or a misspelled business name. Changes to layout or style, additional pages, special features, or other custom work are not included and may be quoted separately as custom work.

4. Custom work

If you would like custom design, additional pages, or features beyond our standard website, we will provide a separate quote. Custom work begins only after you approve the quote in writing, and it is billed separately from hosting.

5. Your 7-day preview window

Your preview website is hosted on a temporary web address for 7 days from the day we send you the preview link. A countdown on the preview shows the time remaining. To keep your website, approve it and start hosting before the countdown ends. If you do not approve it within 7 days, your preview website will be taken down.

6. Returning after your preview ends

The setup fee waiver is a one-time offer. If your preview window ends without approval and you or your business later ask us to build or restore a website, the regular $499 setup fee applies.

7. Your domain

During your preview, your website uses a temporary web address we provide. Once you approve your website, you are responsible for purchasing your own domain name, registered in your name at your cost (about $15–20 per year). You are responsible for keeping your domain registration current. Your website may stay on the temporary address for up to 14 days after approval while you get your domain. Once you have it, we will connect it to your website.

8. Hosting — $59/month

Hosting is $59 per month and begins when you approve your site to go live. Hosting is month to month; you may cancel with 30 days' notice. Hosting includes secure hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and one small edit per month (up to 30 minutes), such as updating text, photos, hours, or prices.

9. Smart Site (optional)

Smart Site is an optional add-on at $97 per month on top of hosting ($156 per month total). The launch price is locked in for as long as you stay. Smart Site is month to month and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice; cancelling Smart Site does not cancel your website hosting.

10. Ownership and transfer

Your domain, logo, photos, and text are always yours. After 9 months of hosting, you may transfer your website to any host at no cost. Before 9 months, you may take the website with you upon payment of the $499 setup fee.

11. Regular pricing

When the setup fee waiver is not available, the website setup fee is $499, paid when you approve your site to go live. Hosting is $59 per month as described above.

12. Payment

Hosting, and Smart Site if you choose it, are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file, starting on the date you approve your site to go live. If a payment fails, we will notify you. If a balance remains unpaid for 14 days, we may suspend your website until it is paid. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial months.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel hosting with 30 days' notice. When hosting ends, your website is taken offline. Your domain, logo, photos, and text remain yours. If you cancel before completing 9 months of hosting and want to take the website with you, the $499 setup fee applies, as described in section 10.

14. Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the logos, photos, text, and other materials you send us, and you allow us to use them to build and run your website.

15. Showing our work

We may show your website, business name, and a screenshot in our portfolio and marketing as an example of our work. You can opt out at any time by emailing hello@readytogrow.biz.

16. No specific results promised

We build professional websites and systems, but we do not promise any specific result, ranking, number of calls, bookings, revenue, or timeframe. Your results depend on many factors, including your market, your business, and how you use the tools we provide.

17. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready to Grow's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for hosting in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. We do not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Please check back periodically.
